Emma Logan

I’ve always been fuelled by curiosity... about people, patterns, stories and the way leaders shape the world around them. In my year in senior marketing and leadership roles, I noticed something consistent: even the most capable leaders struggled to articulate their identity, their impact and their value. 

So I created The Emma Logan Project to change that.

Today, I partner with executives and emerging leaders to bring clarity to the parts of leadership that often sit beneath the surface. Using a structured yet deeply personal approach, we uncover your identity, refine your message and strengthen how your show up, so you can lead with confidence that feels true to you.
